Free Returns Within 14 Days
Customers located within the European Union have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been produced and shipped.
Standard Products
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland: 4–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–12 business days
Please note that some products may only be available for delivery within Europe.
Made-to-Order Products
Some larger or made-to-order products require additional production time.
Production + shipping time:
Europe: 10–15 business days
Rest of the world: 15–20 business days
The expected production and shipping time will always be indicated on the product page.
Delivery and Shipping
We provide estimated delivery times on each product page.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- destination country
- customs processing
- shipping carrier delays
If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you by email. In such cases, you have the right to cancel your order.
Shipping carriers are selected automatically at checkout depending on your location.
Packages may be delivered to:
- your home address
- a parcel locker
- a pick-up point near your address
The shipping provider will notify you when your package is available for collection.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped.

- your name
- a clear request to cancel the order
If your order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

Include:
- your name
- your order number
- a statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Process
After your withdrawal request is approved:
- We will provide instructions for returning the product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
Please ensure that:
- all parts are included
- the product is carefully packed
- the original packaging is used where possible
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Email: [email protected]
Please include:
- order number
- description of the problem
- photos of the product and packaging
Under EU consumer law, products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.
If a defect is confirmed, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- repair of the product
- replacement product
- partial refund
- full refund
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Damage caused by:
- misuse
- accidents
- normal wear and tear
is not covered by the warranty.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued as soon as possible after we receive the returned product.
Refunds are normally processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for the payment provider to process the refund.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is delivered to a pick-up point and is not collected within the time specified by the shipping company, the package may be returned to us.
In this case we reserve the right to charge:
- the original shipping cost
- the return shipping cost
- a handling fee of €15
before reshipping the order.
