1. GENERAL


1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from numalightworks.com (the “Website”).
1.2 The Website is operated by Ivan Savelyev, Autónomo (self-employed), trading as Numa Lightworks.

Throughout these Terms of Sale, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Numa Lightworks.


1.3 By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these Terms of Sale and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
1.4 We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of purchase.


2. PRODUCTS


2.1 We sell handmade and 3D-printed lamps and related products.
2.2 Due to the handmade and 3D-printed nature of the products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
2.3 Product images on the Website are illustrative. Actual products may vary slightly depending on materials, lighting, and display settings.
2.4 Products are intended for decorative and household use only. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper and safe use.


3. PRICES AND PAYMENT


3.1 All prices displayed on the Website are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices include applicable taxes where required by law but do not include shipping costs, which are calculated during checkout.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
3.4 Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Stripe may accept payment methods including:

  • credit cards
  • debit cards
  • other payment methods supported by Stripe

3.5 Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
3.6 We do not store full payment card details.


4. ORDERS


4.1 By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or
  • you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract is formed when this confirmation is sent.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:

  • product availability issues
  • suspected fraud
  • pricing errors
  • technical issues

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY


5.1 Many of our products are made to order.
5.2 Estimated production and delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates only and may vary.
5.3 We ship to Spain and other countries within Europe.
5.4 Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
5.5 We remain responsible for the delivery of the goods until they are received by the customer.
5.6 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.


6. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING


6.1 If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 Please include:

  • order number
  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the packaging

6.3 We will assess the situation and may offer:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • refund


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER LAW)


7.1 If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) sent to: [email protected]

Please include:

  • your name
  • order number
  • statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

7.4 After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
7.5 The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
7.6 Returned products must be in original condition.
7.7 Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds include the standard delivery cost originally paid (if applicable), excluding any additional costs for express delivery.


8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


8.1 The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • customized or personalized products
  • products made specifically for the customer

as permitted under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.


9. WARRANTY


9.1 Under EU consumer law, customers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery.
9.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
9.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse
  • accidents
  • improper installation
  • normal wear and tear

9.4 To make a warranty claim, contact: [email protected] with:

  • order number
  • description of the defect
  • photos if possible.

9.5 If a defect is confirmed, we may at our discretion:

  • repair the product
  • replace the product
  • issue a refund


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10.2 We are not responsible for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profit
  • damages caused by improper use of the product

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under mandatory consumer protection laws.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


11.1 All content on the Website, including images, text, product designs, and logos, is the property of Numa Lightworks or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
11.2 Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

13. GOVERNING LAW


13.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Spain.
13.2 However, consumers residing in other EU countries retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws in their country of residence.
